FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM
Everything we do at CrossFit NTX focuses on quality of instruction, safety, and effectiveness.  Therefore, graduation from the Foundations Program is REQUIRED for entry into the CrossFit Classes. The Program is a 12-step curriculum that emphasizes exposure to the basic movements of Crossfit, skill development, and nutrition.  There is a workout at the end of each training session.  Everyone new to Crossfit NTX will enter into our Foundations Program in order to learn the fundamental movements, correct form, proper technique, full range of motion, intensity, and consistency.  Check out the options listed below, and decide whether On-Ramp or Personal Training is best for you!

ON-RAMP - 12 SESSIONS:  On-Ramp is limited to 6 trainees and each session is 1 hour.  These sessions will include a nutrition discussion, flexibility, warm ups, CrossFit’s 9 basic movements (squat, front squat, back squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, medicine ball clean), Olympic Weightlifting, and additional movements that you will need to know before joining CrossFit Group Training.  Dates and times are set.  Any missed On-Ramp Classes must be made up via 30-min private training session (at an additional charge) before graduating to CrossFit Group Training.  On-Ramp is 4 weeks long and meets 3 days per week.  This option is located under the Foundations Program.  Group and family discounts available.

PERSONAL TRAINING
5 SESSIONS:  Each Session is 1 hr, 1-on-1 with a CFNTX Coach.  5 Personal Training sessions may be used as Personal Training or a Fast Track into CrossFit Group Training.  Eligible participants MUST be currently active with previous CrossFit experience.  To be eligible for the Fast Track, it will be required that you are proficient in CrossFit’s 9 basic movements:  squat, front squat, back squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball clean.  During these sessions, a CFNTX Coach will cover nutrition, flexibility, warm ups, Olympic Weightlifting, and additional movements that you will need to know before joining CrossFit Group Training.  Eligibility will be determined solely by a CFNTX Coach.  If eligible, session dates and times will be set up between you and your coach.  Sessions must be used within 1 month of purchase.  This option is listed under Personal Training.

10 SESSIONS:  Each Session is 1 hour and 1-on-1 with a CFNTX Coach.  10 Personal Training sessions may be used as Personal Training or a Private On-Ramp in place of the group On-Ramp.  Private On-Ramp Sessions include a nutrition discussion, flexibility, warm ups, CrossFit’s 9 basic movements (squat, front squat, back squat, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, medicine ball clean), Olympic Weightlifting, and additional movements that you will need to know before joining CrossFit Group Training.  Session dates and times will be set up between you and your coach.  Private Start-Up Sessions must be used within 2 months of purchase.  This option is listed under Personal Training.

CROSSFIT GROUP TRAINING

CFNTX is unlike a typical gym, where you do your own thing.  Every time you walk through the door, you will receive world-class coaching.  Our coaches are not clipboard holders or rep counters.  We are more than time keepers, score recorders, and motivators.  We are responsible for ensuring that your workout is neither easy, nor impossible.  We will correct your form and improve your range of motion.  Our coaches will help you safely progress your speed and intensity, while scaling exercises and load to your fitness level.  We will ensure your safety and guarantee results.
On top of all that, we will teach you things that you have NEVER thought possible at your current state.  You will learn how to move your body faster, how to generate more power, and how to build strength, mentally and physically.  We'll also teach you about performance nutrition with real food, no gimmicks or unnecessary supplements.
Each CrossFit Group Training Session lasts approximately one hour.  Completion of the Foundations Program is REQUIRED prior to joining CrossFit Group Training.  

30 or 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions with a CFNTX Coach may be purchased to work on areas that you need specific instruction after completion of the Foundations Program.

Train the Olympic Lifts (Clean & Jerk and Snatch) and supplemental movements to improve your technique.  This class meets 3 days a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30pm.

RUNNING, ROWING, & SWIMMING
