You can figure out fairly quick that I am NOT a fitness “guru”. More than anything, I am a walking testament to the knowledge, skill, and extreme patience of the coach pictured to the left of me. I am also proof that lifestyle change is possible and that it can directly change not only your appearance(see below) but also your ability to enjoy everything life has to offer and hopefully enjoy it for a lot longer. I still struggle DAILY to make the right healthy choices and to get motivated to push myself through a workout but that is why CrossFit is an invaluable tool in my life. The camaraderie, accountability, and community are what make CrossFit work for me and I KNOW it can work for you. I look forward to sharing the journey to health, wellness, and fitness.

I have been involved in sports and fitness since t-ball at the age of 5.  I played baseball through my first year in college, and at that time realized I wanted to make a career in the fitness industry.  I became a certified trainer in 2005, and have enjoyed the opportunity to help others achieve and surpass their fitness goals.  So many people give up their fitness journey simply because they didn’t understand what they were doing or why they were doing it.  I enjoy teaching CrossFit because many of the exercises mimic daily life activities, so in that sense you are training for life, and you already know the moves!   Watching my clients’ confidence grow in the gym and outside the gym is what gives me the most satisfaction as a trainer.  See you on the floor!
